He is the web/communications consultant for dozens of web firms all over the globe through a company named Noise Communications of whom he is the president.

Mr. Richer also had a busy life in the music world. A graduate from McGill University in orchestral and choral conducting, he has been conducting the Montreal Chamber Choir (the only independent professional choir in Montreal) for over ten years. With this group, he was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall within two years of the group's creation. A feat seldom accomplished this quickly in the history of classical music performers. He has, among many international projects, composed the music for the mega multimedia installation created for the Canadian Pavilion at the 2005 Universal Exhibition in Aichi, Japan.
