 Dr.
Ze is an ASI associate. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser
University (Vancouver, Canada) where he completed his
Ph. D. in Communication Studies. Since 1982, he has
been involved in the provision of advisory services
related to international exchanges between China and
various countries from Europe and North America.
In recent years his main professional activities have
been conducted in the fields of transportation and education.
More specifically, in support of ASI, Dr. Ze has provided
a major contribution to the organization of an aviation
industry seminar as part of the official “Team
Canada” visit to China, involving 300 Canadian
business persons and led by the Canadian Prime Minister,
in February 2001. He has also provided assistance in
the launching of air transportation management training
programs in China on behalf of international organizations
and aid agencies.
