Ms. Bian is an ASI associate with over ten years
of experience in the aviation industry including aircraft
and marine engine maintenance, inventory and aviation
supplies management, aircraft parts/components trade,
airline cost control, etc. As the president of Beijing
VL Technologies Ltd, her responsibilities also lies
in formulating and implementing effective management
policies for finance, administration and legal functions,
as well as to liaise with government and various aviation
regulatory authorities to facilitate cohesive adherence
of policies and regulations.
Exploiting her extensive network established over the
years, Ms. Bian successfully expanded the client base
that includes numerous Chinese airlines, as well as
the general aviation operators.
Ms. Bian holds an International Aviation MBA degree
from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University,
Montreal, Canada. She is also involved in an educational
project and strategic partnership between the John Molson
School of Business and Beijing University of Aeronautics
and Astronautics (BUAA).
